About
Steven Clark
I help companies work smarter by sorting out messy processes, introducing automation, and using AI where it actually makes a difference. Basically, I figure out how to get things done better, faster, and with less hassle.
I’ve led teams that solve these problems across all kinds of companies, bringing people together, building a clear plan, and making sure the fix actually sticks.
I now focus on helping companies going through change, whether that means creating a strategy, building the right team, or stepping in to lead the work. I'm not here to tick boxes - I make sure change actually works.
On the water
Sailing has always been one of the most powerful ways I have learned about teamwork, leadership, and trust. It is a sport unlike any other, where success depends on people working together with purpose, adapting quickly, and relying on each other in every moment.
On the water, every crew member matters, every role has value, and strong communication makes all the difference. Having skippered crews in the past, I have seen first-hand how the experience builds resilience, collaboration, and the shared mindset needed to achieve something greater together.
One experience that reflects this was the Fastnet Race. My first attempt in 2023 ended in retirement due to severe storm conditions. I returned in 2025 on a Hanse 47, Magic Time, and completed the race. We did not set any time records, but we were honoured to receive the RORC Seamanship Award after assisting in a Mayday situation involving another vessel.
